A few people asked if my Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings were worth the labor and frustration of install. My answer would be, do you really want worn out 15yr old rubber bushings on your car that you're doing everything you can to make handle better? I say its more of a personal preference. Why buy Anti sway bars, why buy aftermarket adjustable toe rods, why buy anything that will make your car perform the way you want it to? I say if your doing all those things anyway to the car you put so much time in, then yea, bushings are 100% worth it. Plus i can feel an ever so slight difference in removal of any slop that was once present. All these parts we buy and install are just pieces of the puzzle to aid in our goal of maximum performance. Not one part will do this, but a combination of all the right parts will.
Take the following information for whats it worth

Guys i just learned more about the energy suspension bushings the other day.
RED - possibility of being permanently deformed due to 100% polyurethane design, mostly Honda problem, but potential for Nissan also.
Black - polyurethane with Teflon impregnated into the compound before setting up the bushings, this way they are self lubricating and will no deform.
Info i found on this
http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/comquest.html1. What is the difference between the
Energy Suspension ® red and black polyurethane components?
Answer : Both are our Energy's
HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane formulations. Energy has impregnated selected black polyurethane components with graphite–to add a lubrication property. Additionally, both Energy Suspension ® red and black polyurethane components are engineered differently than OEM rubber components–to be free a floating and non-binding design. This allows for the additional durometer (firmness) of the components, which adds to the performance improvement of the vehicle overall.
Through its 25 years of design and formulation of polyurethane, Energy's polyurethane components are the best on the market today.

As a personal note from years of selling this product, the Black bushings have a tendency to squeak less than the Red bushings.
